From June 15-July 2, 35 total volunteers traveled to Pucallpa, Peru to construct a school at the Maranatha School. We had two separate groups - first week was for our High School age and the second week was for Collegiate and Young Adult. We also had teachers and other adults on the trip AND five of us stayed for both groups.
The construction team built a large school classrooms for the existing school in Pucallpa. The building was over 80 foot long and had four separate classrooms. With very small teams, God blessed and allowed us to complete the building before the project was over.
During the first week, our young people led out in a Vacation Bible School conducted at the school. Hundreds of children were blessed by the experience.
